Please register for your hotel accommodation as soon as possible, no later than August 15, 2008, using this Hotel Registration Form to ensure hotel accommodations.
Modifications must be made communicated in writing to the Hotel or to WCAT. Reservations will be based on your choices, taking room availability into account.
In order to guarantee your reservation you are kindly requested to supply us with a valid credit card number by filling in the CC Authorization Form or to transferring to our bank account a deposit amounting the total of your stay plus a booking fee of US$ 10.-
Once your deposit payment has been received or a valid credit card number has been supplied (in this case only booking fee will be charged), the confirmation letter will be sent to you by e-mail.

Hotel cancellation, deposit refund and no-show:
Any cancellation must be made in writing to WCAT. For cancellations received prior to August 15, 2008 the hotel deposit will be refunded less booking fee. As of August 16, 2008 ,in case of payment by money order or bank transfer, no refunds will be made, and  in case of payment by credit card one night will be charged to your credit card by the Hotel.

No-Show and early-departure:
Once your reservations have been made, any changes are based on availability. Please note: failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will result in the charging of no-show fee consisting of the nightly rate for the room. Early departure fees may also be charged for early departures. These fees will be charged by the hotel and not by WCAT. In case of no-show the hotel will charge your credit card for one night.
